Plan an episode as a running order

Write the points you mean to make, in the order you mean to make them, and move them up and down until the shape is right. The outline builder now follows that order instead of guessing at one, and the sheet reads at arm's length while you film.

Start a channel that does not exist yet

Naming a new channel creates it and its production stages in one action, so a show you have not started is no longer harder to add than one you have.

Write your notes in Zorapilot

Documents are native now: a markdown editor with live preview, links between notes by title, a backlinks panel showing what points here, typed properties you can filter on, and search across bodies, titles and property values.

Bring a folder of notes in

Point the importer at an existing folder of markdown and it keeps your folder structure, turns frontmatter into typed properties, and resolves links between notes. Anything it cannot match keeps its raw value rather than being dropped.

Arrange documents by dragging them

Reorder folders and move them inside one another by dragging. A project screen also gained a Docs tab, so the notes about a project sit beside its tasks.

The morning brief reads and writes your documents

The daily run reads project state out of your documents and writes the brief and each project's state back into them, so the whole loop happens inside Zorapilot with no folder on a laptop involved.

Plan and produce video beside the rest of the work

Series, ideas and episodes get their own screens, an idea becomes an episode by moving rather than by copying, and each episode can produce an outline, a reading script, a teleprompter view, a thumbnail, a publish kit and short clips.

One visual language on every page

A sidebar that groups what you use, your account and workspace in one chip, a theme toggle, and the same page frame everywhere. Zorapilot also got its own icon set, so it is findable in a row of browser tabs.

The price, said out loud

Nineteen dollars a month, one plan, every workspace and venture you run. Inference runs on your own API key, so the model bill is yours at cost. Early access is free and you will be told before billing is switched on.

Sign up with an email and a password and stay signed in. Zorapilot runs on the web, so there is nothing to install and nothing to keep updated.

Keep each side of your life in its own workspace

One account holds several workspaces. Switching changes everything on screen, and no workspace can read another one's work. The switcher only appears once you have a second workspace.

A Command Center instead of a console

The home screen answers what needs you, what is moving and what has gone quiet, with one row per project rather than a list of machine runs.

Connect Google Calendar

Connect your calendar and the brief reads your real week, including events that run across several days. You choose which calendars it may read, and a calendar you add later shows up on its own.

Two themes, one product

A dark theme and a light one, each designed rather than inverted. It follows your system by default and you can force either from the sidebar.

A home for the work itself

Areas, projects and tasks with real hierarchy, per-project statuses, estimates and due dates, plus a derived next action so a project always says what to do next.

See the work the way you think about it

List, board and table views over any slice of the work, with filters, grouping and sorting. Save a view you keep coming back to and pin it to the sidebar.

Say who is doing what

People and teams, assigned to tasks, so a portfolio view shows where the work is sitting rather than only what it is.

One brief every morning

A scheduled run reads your work, your repositories and your notes, then writes one brief for the day and a short state note for each project. A run that gets missed while the machine is asleep is caught up rather than skipped.

Every agent action is scoped, capped and recorded

An agent can only write where you allow it. A write outside that scope is refused and logged, a run that reaches your spend ceiling stops, and every tool call it made is on the run's own page afterwards.

Approve anything sensitive before it happens

Actions that reach outside your own data pause and wait for you on an approvals screen. No answer resolves to blocked, so an unattended run stops rather than proceeding.
